Excellent hotel, absolutely gorgeous rooms, bravo!

Kind exceptional staff, favourable location close to everything.

Exceptionally nice and comfy room with coffee and tea making facilities, a work desk, and a couch bed.

That was excellent hotel set in excellent area, adjacent to Perry's Steakhouse, good restaurants and grocery stores, and commuting back and forth from Nashville proper. The staff were wonderful and were around whole time.

Great pool, parking on site. Gorgeous and spacious rooms with the bathroom and the bed or the couch, for example, top-class staff...

It was fairly clean, staff was super-friendly. The location was great and good, near the movies and restaurants. Got a double room as expected, truly enjoyed it.

My favorite property in Franklin. The rooms with the bed or the couch and the bathroom, as example. The pool area is great too. Plenty of different restaurants and nice restaurants to eat outside the hotel.

Fantastic fashionable room. Hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent and good location, close to everything. Really close to forth from Nashville proper and nice restaurants and the movie theater and good restaurants and grocery stores.

The staff are super-friendly, they keep the place fairly clean. 26 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to everything.

During our Christmas stay at a hotel near great restaurants and shops, we enjoyed a modern and clean room with a spacious bathroom equipped with large vanity and well-lit. The luggage racks over the A/C unit are a useful feature. The pool area was immaculate, with plenty of nice chairs and towels available.

The breakfast buffet was poorly staffed and had long lines due to multiple items running out and only one person working. The bed was too firm and the linens were a bit scratchy.

I had awesome days staying at this brand-new hotel. The room was nice and comfortable with the bathroom and the couch, for example, everything was great. The staff were kind and exceptional and the location was favourable close to everything.

The parking at Springhill Suites was a bit challenging due to limited spaces, but luckily we were able to find parking during our stay. The hotel itself is new and clean, with comfortable rooms and convenient proximity to the highway. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants like Shake Shack and Perry's Steakhouse. The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff provided amazing service. Despite the small issues with parking and room size, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had an excellent modern room layout with useful closet and a nice bathroom. The shower was large and the bathroom was well-lighted. the location was great, being close to key attractions and clean.

The residential/retail development around the hotel was still under construction which made parking difficult. the room was incredibly noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and a movie theater. Rooms are generally clean and the front desk staff is helpful. Guests appreciate the availability of the pool area, free parking, and big flat screen TV. One reviewer noted the hotel’s close proximity to the highway, making commuting a breeze.

While there were generally no specific complaints, it's worth noting a reviewer mentioned the lackluster breakfast.
